2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the terms under which AB Solutions LLC provides the Stepio service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "the Application") accessible at https://stepio.app.
Any order, subscription, or use of the Service implies full acceptance of these TCS.

3. Description of the Service

Stepio is a SaaS application that allows users to:

Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT.
The applicable VAT is calculated automatically based on the user's billing country, in accordance with international tax regulations.

Any price modification will be notified at least 30 days in advance before automatic renewal. The user may cancel their subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

5. Payment

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Stepio does not store banking information.

The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any error may result in suspension of the Service.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. In case of unauthorized access, they must immediately inform AB Solutions LLC.

6. Subscriptions

a) Duration and Renewal

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically. Any started period remains due.

b) Cancellation

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space. It takes effect at the end of the current period. Unused credits remain available until expiration (see article 7).

7. Credits

Credits allow users to perform actions (generate product sheets, texts, images, etc.). They are valid for 5 years from the date of allocation, whether obtained via purchase or subscription, and are non-transferable.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

a) Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the subscription date. If credits have been used, refunds will be pro-rated based on unused credits. No refunds are granted after 14 days.

b) Refund Procedure

Requests must be sent to contact@stepio.app, specifying the account email, purchase date, and reason. Requests are processed within 10 business days after approval.

9. Service Access

Stepio is available 24/7, except during maintenance or force majeure. AB Solutions LLC makes reasonable efforts but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Certain features may be offered as beta versions, provided “as is.” AB Solutions LLC may modify, suspend, or remove parts of the Service without compensation, informing users when reasonably possible.

10. Liability

Content generated by users belongs to them. AB Solutions LLC is not responsible for such content or its use. Users agree not to scrape or republish copyrighted materials.

AB Solutions LLC may suspend without notice any account using the Service abusively.

Results generated by AI tools are automatically produced from user input; AB Solutions LLC does not guarantee their accuracy or legal compliance.

The total liability of AB Solutions LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the user over the previous 12 months. The company shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or revenue loss.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

AB Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, fraud, or violation of these TCS.

Users may request a copy of their data (files, texts, generated content) within 30 days after termination. After that period, data is permanently deleted.

At the request of professional clients, AB Solutions LLC may provide all data in an exploitable format to ensure data reversibility.

AB Solutions LLC may terminate any contract with reasonable notice, particularly in case of Service discontinuation, major business change, or legal requirement. Users will be refunded for unused credits on a pro-rata basis.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (code, interface, logo, graphics, etc.) remain the exclusive property of AB Solutions LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Content generated by users belongs entirely to them.

13. Personal Data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on the site.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events.

15. Applicable Law, Communication, Mediation, and Assignment

These TCS are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). For EU users, mandatory consumer and GDPR rules remain applicable.

Any dispute shall be submitted, failing amicable resolution, to the competent courts of New Mexico, subject to EU consumer protection laws.

The user agrees that all communications with AB Solutions LLC, including contractual or legal notices, may be made electronically and have the same legal effect as written communication.

This contract is personal and may not be assigned or transferred without prior written consent from AB Solutions LLC.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may contact a mediation service free of charge. As AB Solutions LLC is not established in the EU, it is not yet affiliated with an official mediation body. In case of a dispute, users may contact contact@stepio.app to seek an amicable solution.

In case of discrepancy between language versions of these Terms, the French version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of Stepio.app in a transparent framework, compliant with U.S. law and respectful of European consumer regulations.
