Service Description

Stepio.app is a SaaS platform that allows users to:

• scrape public data from Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce websites (products, images, variants, collections, blog articles);
• generate product pages, collection pages, and blog articles in multiple languages using artificial intelligence (OpenAI API);
• connect Shopify or WooCommerce stores via API to read and modify authorized data (products, collections, blog posts).

Users explicitly choose which permissions they grant. Stepio does not access or collect customers’ personal data(names, emails, payment details).

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, graphics, code, logos, videos, structure) is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated:

• content generated via the tool belongs to the user who generated it;
• the structure, code, and interface remain the exclusive property of AB Solutions LLC.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or adaptation is strictly prohibited.

Responsible Use of the Service

Stepio provides a technical tool for data extraction and content generation. The user:

• is solely responsible for how they use the service and the data they extract;
• guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to copy, modify, or republish extracted content;
• must only extract legally accessible and authorized data;
• agrees to use the scraping functionality in reasonable volumes, avoiding excessive load on third-party servers.

AB Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any unlawful use of the service (including extraction of protected content or violation of third-party rights). The user shall indemnify AB Solutions LLC against any claims, losses, or damages arising from unlawful use of the service or extracted data.

Shopify / WooCommerce API Connections

When connecting a store:

• users explicitly select the permissions granted (products, collections, blog posts, analytics);
• Stepio cannot access or modify client data (names, orders, payments);
• API tokens and keys are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties;
• tokens are deleted within 90 days after account deletion.

Scraped and generated data are not permanently stored. They are processed in real time and deleted per the Privacy Policy.

Billing and VAT

Subscriptions and credits are processed via Stripe. Applicable VAT is calculated automatically by Stripe Taxbased on user location. AB Solutions LLC complies with applicable tax obligations, including theOne Stop Shop (OSS) scheme for EU sales.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Collected data (name, email, password, and technical information) are necessary to provide the service.

User Rights

Under the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Users may withdraw consent at any time.

How to make a request: send an email to contact@stepio.app with proof of identity. Stepio will respond within 30 days.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be deleted or anonymized after prior notice by email.
